Transept was established in 1998 as a private company limited by shares and is a member of Co-operatives UK. As a co-operative, the business is owned and democratically controlled by its employees and all our staff contribute to the running of the business, sharing both the responsibility and the rewards for the continued success of the company.
While the company itself is run with a co-operative structure, more traditional hierarchical teams steer individual projects. These teams are designed to take advantage of the knowledge and experience of our staff.
This approach allows us to generate the best results for our clients, as well as for Transept, whilst championing the values which are integral to the company.
